The intelligent toilet automated assembly line needs to balance “rigid efficiency” and “flexible adaptation”. The core design logic is: rough positioning of the ceramic body → precise assembly of electronic modules → waterway/circuit integration test → full-operating condition simulation verification.
    a. Structural complexity: The ceramic base (heavy and fragile) and electronic components (precision and sensitive) need to be assembled together, and ceramic bumps and circuit moisture need to be avoided;
    b. Functional safety: It involves multiple safety standards such as waterway (leak-proof), circuit (anti-electric shock), and heating (anti-dry burn), and the requirements for testing are extremely high;
    c. Customization differences: Functional modules (such as night lights and deodorization) have diverse combinations, and mixed-line production of small and medium-sized batches and multiple models needs to be supported.


2. Double-speed chain conveying system

The double-speed chain conveying line consists of a chain, a guide rail, a drive motor and a stopper. Its core advantage lies in the cooperation of the chain and the tooling plate to achieve “differential conveying”-the running speed of the chain and the conveying speed of the tooling plate (the pallet carrying the product) have a multiple relationship (usually 2-3 times), which can flexibly control the residence time of the product at the workstation.
    a. Load-bearing adaptation: A single double-speed chain can carry 30-80kg (depending on the chain model), which just matches the weight requirements of the ceramic base (30-50kg) and the pre-installed smart module (20-30kg).
    b. Adjustable speed: chain running speed 0.5-5m/min can be set to meet the rhythm of different sections (such as ceramic grinding needs to stay slowly, module assembly can be quickly circulated).
    c. Positioning accuracy: through the positioning pin on the tooling plate and the position positioning hole, repeated positioning error ≤±0.5mm, to ensure the docking accuracy of robot assembly.
