         Application scenarios: The transportation of heavy parts (such as treadmill frames, metal pillars), especially suitable for oil pollution/high temperature environments such as welding and painting.
         Features: It is made of metal chain plates (stainless steel or carbon steel), has strong load-bearing capacity (a single chain plate can bear up to 100-500kg), is wear-resistant and easy to clean; it can be driven by chain to climb (slope ≤15°) or descend.
     b. Roller conveyor
         Applicable scenarios: Long-distance transfer of finished treadmill (weight 50-150kg)(such as from the assembly line to the inspection area, packaging area), or links requiring manual assistance in steering.
         Features: It consists of arranged metal rollers, which drive the material forward through the rotation of the rollers; it can be divided into power rollers (motor-driven, suitable for automatic transportation) and unpowered rollers (manually propelled, suitable for temporary parking or steering).

2. Core advantages of treadmill assembly line

     a. Efficiency improvement: The production capacity of traditional artificial lines is about 50-80 units per day, and the production capacity of automated lines can reach 300-500 units (beat time ≤3 minutes/unit).
     b. Stable quality: The defective rate of manual assembly is about 3-5%, and the automated line can be reduced to below 0.5%(the coverage rate of inspection links is 100%).
     c. Cost optimization: A single line can reduce labor by 60-80%(for example, the welding process is reduced from 8 people to 1 person monitoring), and the energy consumption is reduced by 15-20% compared with traditional lines (equipment is started and stopped on demand).
