Backlight module assembly line: It adopts high-precision visual positioning (accuracy ±0.02mm)+ servo pressing mechanism to ensure that the bonding gap between the LED light strips and the light guide plate is ≤0.1mm, and the arrangement spacing of lamp beads (such as Mini LED) reaches ±0.05mm to avoid local overbright/dark

Screen laminating station: Large size screens (more than 65 inches) are fixed by lightweight clamps (clamping force ≤ 5N) to prevent handling and deformation

2.Modular flexible production design flexibly adapts to multiple model needs

In order to meet the order trend of “small batches and multiple varieties” of global customers (like a production line simultaneously producing 32-inch HD TVs, 65-inch 4K TVs, and 75-inch 8K game TVs), the XX LED TV assembly line adopts modular units + fast replacement technology:

The wires are divided into independent modules such as “backlight module assembly”,”screen fitting”,”motherboard integration” and “final assembly aging”, which can be freely combined according to customer needs (such as home electric line of sight, commercial display cable, game TV line)
