1.Core positioning

Standardized production solutions for conventional LCD displays cover the mainstream size of 13-32 inches, with the goal of “stability and reliability, simple operation, and controllable cost.” It is suitable for scenarios where there is no high demand for advanced technology and the pursuit of pragmatic production. Easily achieve mass assembly and quality compliance.

2.Core configuration (mainly practical)

  • Differential chain conveyor line: variable frequency speed motor, linear speed 0- 2m/min adjustable, with the tooling plate to achieve smooth transmission of workpieces, the body with stainless steel pipe and aluminum alloy profile construction, strong and durable.
  • PLC basic control system: centralized control of conveying rhythm, station positioning, support manual/automatic mode switching, ordinary workers can operate after simple training.
  • Standardized workstation configuration: 1 workstation is set every 1 meter, equipped with anti-static workbench, power socket, material shelf and lighting system to meet the manual operation requirements.
  • Basic auxiliary equipment: Including automatic board returning device, simple cleaning tools, and manual laminating auxiliary fixtures, reducing duplication of labor and improving operation convenience
