The treadmill assembly line is a standardized and automated production system. The core is to efficiently produce qualified products according to the process of “parts processing → assembly → testing → packaging”.
1. Core production process
Prefabrication of parts and components: First, raw materials such as steel and plastic are cut, stamped, and injected into core components such as frame pipes, running plates, and control panel shells.
Modular assembly: Complete the assembly of key modules in stages, such as frame welding and polishing, motor and transmission system combination, running belt and running board installation, and integration of electronic control components (display, sensors).
Functional and safety testing: Test motor operation, speed adjustment, slope control, emergency stop and other functions one by one, and check whether structural stability and electrical safety meet the standards.
Cleaning and packaging: Clean up dust stains on the body, coat it with film, box it, and match it with instructions and accessory packages to complete the final process before leaving the factory.
2. Key equipment and characteristics
Core equipment: Including laser cutting machines, welding robots, assembly line conveyor belts, electronic testing tables, running belt tension calibrator, etc.
Process characteristics: Modular production is used to improve efficiency, automated equipment reduces manual errors, multiple inspection checkpoints ensure product consistency, and assembly line speed can be flexibly adjusted according to production capacity.
3. Applicable scenarios
It is mainly used for large-scale production of fitness equipment manufacturers. It can not only meet the batch output of household treadmills, but also adapt to the customized assembly needs of commercial large treadmills.
