1. Core production process

Pretreatment and processing of parts: Metal/plastic parts such as shells, inner barrels, and bases are processed through stamping and injection molding, and at the same time, quality inspection and warehousing of outsourced core components such as motors and control panels. Main assembly line operation: Complete base fixing, inner barrel and motor assembly, damping system installation, shell splicing in turn, and then integrate water pipes, circuits and control panels to gradually shape the complete machine.

Performance testing link: Through power-on testing, washing/dewatering program operation, water inlet and drainage functions, noise and vibration values, safety protection (leakage, overheating) and other items are tested, and non-conforming products are eliminated.

Packaging and warehousing: The qualified complete machine is cleaned, covered with protective film, loaded into buffer packaging, labeled and then packed into boxes, and transferred to the storage area through the conveyor line to wait for warehousing.

2. Key equipment and characteristics

Core equipment: automated conveying line, robotic arm (responsible for precise assembly), punching machine, injection molding machine, testing table, packaging machine.

Outstanding features: clear division of labor, each workstation focuses on a single process; rhythmic production, completing the circulation of individual products according to a fixed time; high degree of automation, reducing manual intervention and ensuring product consistency.
